§ Mr. Waldegrave[pursuant to his reply, 18 April 1985]: The formal period for responses to the proposals set out in the Government's consultation paper issued on 14 February ends on 30 April.
Subject to this consultation, it is proposed to prepare necessary legislation in time for the next parliamentary Session.
