§ Mr. John MacKay[pursuant to his reply, 25 March 1985, c. 80]: Four hundred and thirty eight persons within the Grampian health board area are currently on waiting lists for hip replacements. At 31 December 1982 the latest date for which information is available, the mean waiting time for this treatment was 145 days.
