Thomasasked the Secretary of State for Energy whether, in light of the publication on 5 March 1984 by the then United States Energy Secretary, Donald Hodel, of the isotopic composition of plutonium received by the United States from the United Kingdom under the mutual defence agreement of 1958, he will reconsider his Department's earlier withholding of details of this matter.
