Why Mr, John O'Shea, a prisoner at Wandsworth Prison, was not produced at Thames Magistrates Court on March 29th for a remand hearing.

Mr. O'Shea, who is serving a sentence of imprisonment, was not produced at this hearing because of shortage of staff at Wandsworth prison.
