§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeChairmen and members of health authorities are required to declare any pecuniary interest they may have in all matters considered at authority meetings. These meetings are normally open to the public. Health authority staff are required to disclose any pecuniary interest they may have in contracts considered by the authority.
