What' was the ratio of persons in employment to total population of working age at the latest available date and in 1979, 1974, 1970 and 1964 respectively; and what were the corresponding figures for France, West Germany, Italy, United States and Japan respectively.

The following table shows the ratio of total employment to the population aged 15 to 64 for countries and years requested, up to the latest available common date.
