asked the Secretary of State for Social Services (1) if he will give the revenue raised in a full year from employers' national insurance contributions in respect of all areas with a total unemployment rate in excess of 20 per cent;

(2) if he will give the revenue raised in a full year from employers' national insurance contributions in respect of employees under the age of 21 years in areas with a total unemployment rate in excess of 20 per cent. on 1 January.
