Whether the creation of a buffer zone in Southern Lebanon, occupied by a mercenary force under Israeli command, is consistent with Security Resolution 425 and Mr. Peres' promises to comply with it.

The Israeli Government have announced their intention to withdraw all their forces from Lebanese territory. We look for the early, orderly and complete implementation of this decision.
