§ Mr. RentonThe last meeting of the AIESG took place in March 1980; since then its role has been taken over by the Anglo-Irish Intergovernmental Council (AIIC). As with the AIIC committees, officials attended the meetings of the AIESG from various Departments depending on the subjects under discussion. It is not our practice to reveal the names of those concerned.
