§ Mr. ButlerThe principal contract conditions used in Government contracts for the supply of equipment or services, and specified in the invitation to tender, are drawn from "GC Stores/1 — Standard Conditions of Government Contracts for Stores Purchases" (published by HMSO) and are supplemented by additional conditions appropriate to the particular purchase.
