§ Mr. Steenasked the Secretary of State for Social Services (1) if he will now review the case of Mrs. Doris Woodhead in the light of Commissioner Goodman's decision of 16 October 1984 (Case No. 49(7)), so that she receives increments on her pension and thereafter at the levels of interest in force at the time; and if he will make a statement;
(2) when Mrs. Doris Woodhead of 25 Saunders way, West Charlton, Kingsbridge, Devon, will receive payment of the award made by Commissioner Goodman on 16 October 1984 at the Croydon and district local tribunal (Case No. 49(7)); what is the reason for the delay; if interest will be paid on the sum outstanding; and if he will make a statement.
