§ Mrs. ChalkerI have placed in the Library of the House a copy of my Department's major motorway maintenance programme for 1985–86. That provides the information my hon. Friend is seeking on motorway maintenance.
In addition, during the first half of 1985–86 the following major improvements to the network will be in progress:
Tonbridge bypass, at Lindridge north of Lamberhurst, and Coopers Corner, north of Hurst Green—are included in the regional programme.
In addition, I shall be taking account of the results of a comprehensive study into further measures which might be needed along the A21 between Tonbridge and Hastings, in our current review of the trunk road programme.
