§ Dr. BoysonNo; the Department of Agriculture for Northern Ireland is fully involved, along with the other Fisheries Departments, in assessing the implications of Spanish accession for the fishing industry and in formulating advice for ministers participating in the European Community enlargement negotiations. Representatives of the Northern Ireland fishing industry are being kept informed of the progress of negotiations.
