§ Mr. Kilroy-Silkasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will provide as much information as he has as to the items on which the regional health authorities have spent that part of the total revenue allocation made to them since 1976 for secure psychiatric units that has not been spent either on the units or in psychiatric services generally.
