Mr. Deakins

asked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry (1) what was the percentage share of United Kingdom leather and leather goods exports taken by (a) developing countries, (b) the European Economic Community and (c) other Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development countries in each of the past five years;

(2) what was the percentage share of United Kingdom market for leather and leather goods taken by imports from (a) developing countries, (b) the European Economic Community and (c) other Organisations for Economic Cooperation and Development countries in each of the past five years.
