Board appointments are made to ensure that an appropriate breadth of industrial and international experience is available for the successful management of the business.

In accordance with the articles of association of the company, all directors retire at the annual general meeting. Should they hold themselves available for reelection, their further appointment is at the discretion of the shareholder.

Mr. Pavitt

Mr. Butler
