§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeSo far 12 regional general managers have been appointed. The last jobs before appointment of these general managers were:

At district level, 21 out of 192 expected appointments in England have so far been made or approved. Of these, 20 were previously district administrators and one a district treasurer.
The salaries applying to all these appointments are in accordance with the interim remuneration arrangements set out in paragraphs 12 to 15 of circular HC(84)13, a copy of which was placed in the Library.
