§ Sir John Farrasked the Secretary of State for Employment when he expects that the review by the Health and Safety Commission of all health and safety legislation on the storage and use of highly flammable liquids will be completed.
§ Mr. Peter BottomleyI am advised by the chairman of the Health and Safety Commission that the review is nearing completion. It is expected that a consultative document on proposals for revising the legislation will be published in 1985.
