Mr. Marlow

asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will set out the additional funds subject to conditional agreement that are to be allocated to the European Economic Community 1984 budget setting out (a) the United Kingdon share, (b) the net cost of this share after increased receipts, and (c) the justification for any net increase of United Kingdom payments.
