Dr. Roger Thomas

asked the Secretary of State for Wales if he will meet representatives of the Welsh Secondary Schools Association and the official organisation of the Parent-Teachers Association in Wales; and when he or a fellow Minister last met representatives of these bodies.

Mr. John Stradling Thomas

I have no plans to meet the associations. Ministers last met the Welsh Secondary Schools Association and the Parent-Teacher Associations of Wales in October 1980 and November 1983 respectively.
