§ Mr. Peter BottomleyDuring the past 12 months the Department has made no appointments in connection with the Government's privatisation programme. During that period however, one adviser and 54 consultants have been appointed within the Department of Employment group in connection with other matters. The adviser appointment refers to my right hon. Friend's special adviser, Mr. Richard Ehrman, who works part-time for three days per week.
