§ Mr. Moore[pursuant to his reply, 22 October 1984, col. 464]: During the Finance Bill debate on extra statutory concessions on 11 July the Chief Secretary said that the Government would carry out an examination of the concessions and consider publication. That examination is now taking place and the Government's response will be made known as soon as it is ready.
