§ Mr. Bidwellasked the Prime Minister if Her Majesty's Government will consider using the Hastings aircraft based in Cyprus to assist in the distribution of foodstuffs to relieve the famine in Ethiopia.
§ The Prime MinisterThere are no Hastings aircraft in British bases in Cyprus. We have asked our Ambassador to discuss with the Ethiopian authorities the need for aircraft.
