§ Dr. Godmanasked the Secretary of State for Defence which shipyards were invited to tender for the re-fit of the diesel-electric submarine HMS Otter.
§ Mr. LeeFour yards were invited to tender. They were Cammell Laird Shipbuilders, Humber Shiprepairers Ltd, Scott Lithgow Ltd, and Vickers Shipbuilding and Engineering Ltd. All four firms submitted tenders.
