§ Mr. LeeFollowing the closure of the naval dockyard at Gibraltar at the end of this year, the operation of the slipways will pass to Gibraltar Shiprepair Ltd, which is to manage the dockyard commercially on behalf of the Government of Gibraltar. Ownership of the slipway area is, however, to remain with the Ministry of Defence, which will lease it to GSL for commercial use.
