§ Mr. Tony Banksasked the Secretary of State for Transport whether any of the members of the London Transport Executive who were removed from office by him when London Transport was nationalised have been paid compensation in accordance with section 70(3) of the London Regional Transport Act 1984.
§ Mrs. ChalkerMy right hon. Friend hopes to settle very shortly the final amounts payable in compensation to the members of the London Transport Executive whose appointments terminated on the formation of London Regional Transport.
