§ Mr. Michael SpicerA planning application submitted by Uttlesford district council for the construction of a fifth terminal at Heathrow was considered at the recent public inquiries that also heard evidence on the British Airports Authority's planning application to develop Stansted. The inspector's report on these inquiries is expected shortly.
