§ Mr. WaldegraveThe code of practice on water authorities' relations with the press, drawn up by the Water Authorities' Association in consultation with the Guild of British Newspaper Editors and approved by Ministers, provides for a frank and open relationship between water authorities and the media.
I am assured that Thames water and other water authorities are adhering to it.
