§ The Prime MinisterI regret that the hon. Members concerned were not given the usual advance notice of my visit but this was necessary in the interests of security and of avoiding unnecessary burdens on the local police.
As to a statement on my visit, I refer the hon. Gentleman to the reply I gave on Tuesday 23 October to the hon. Member for Liverpool, Riverside (Mr. Parry).
