§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeAs indicated in my right hon. Friend's reply on 6 June at column200, to my hon. Friend the Member for Castle Point (Sir B. Braine), we have required health authorities to take early action and in particular to review the prevalence of drug misuse locally and to report to Ministers by 22 December on their plans to improve services for drug misusers. We have not yet received the first reports.
