§ Mr. Heddleasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will indicate the date when he will announce his findings following the consultations that have taken place on the current working of part II of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 with particular reference to its effect on small business tenancies.
§ Sir George YoungFull consultation on the review of part II of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 will take place as soon as possible, following the invitation to interested bodies to submit initial views to the Department by this autumn.
