§ Mr. Heddleasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will investigate why the advice contained in housing booklet No. 14, page 9, question 11 conflicts with his Department's circular No. 21/80 in respect of sections 73, 74 and 76 of the Housing Act 1974.
§ Sir George YoungMy right hon. Friend is aware of no circumstances in which these two sources of advice on home improvement grants have been found to be contradictory.
