§ Mr. WaldegraveIncome can be expected to go the authority or authorities to whom the asset is transferred following abolition. The arrangements to be made for transfer have yet to be decided, and will depend on the outcome of discussions with and between borough councils to determine the wider arrangements to be made for carrying out waste disposal functions following reorganisation.
