§ Mr. Chris PattenThe total estimated cost is £69.72 million (at June 1984), and the original contract sum was £6.97 million at 1970 prices. The total estimated cost includes the cost of additional work to provide accommodation for undergraduate teaching for the Queen's university of Belfast, external works, post-contract alterations, remedial works, fees and equipment.
