§ Mr. ChannonThe United Kingdom balance of trade with Afghanistan showed a crude deficit of £10.7 million in 1979. Information on the same basis for 1980 onwards can be readily derived from table 1B of the appropriate volumes of the United Kingdom "Overseas Trade Statistics", copies of which are in the Library.
