§ Mr. BrookeDetails of grants made by the Department in 1983–84 to bodies other than local education authorities for educational services under the Education (Grant) Regulations 1983 are listed in table 21 of the Department's annual report 1983 a copy of which is in the Library. Details of grants towards the headquarters expenditure of national voluntary youth organisations under Section 20(1)(b) of the regulations in 1983–84 were included in my reply to the question from the hon. Member for Liverpool, Mossley Hill (Mr. Alton) on 13 November 1984 at columns 195–98. In addition, grants were given to the following national associations under regulation 19 of the regulations:
