asked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food how many teams the Soil Survey of England and Wales has had in operation in each year since 1979; and where these teams have been based.

I understand that 17 teams have been in operation in each year since 1979 and that these teams have been based at the following locations:

  • Beverley, Humberside
