§ Sir George YoungMy Department has supplied local authorities with leaflets and booklets for free distribution, and posters for display. These lay particular emphasis on the availability under the homes insulation scheme of 90 per cent, grants to the elderly, and severely disabled, on low incomes, for loft insulation.
