§ Mr. Dubsasked the Attorney-General if he will publish the circulation list of the journal Court Business published by the Lord Chancellor's Department; and on what basis other people and organisations can obtain it.
§ The Attorney-General"Court Business" is primarily a bulletin for the guidance of staff of the Lord Chancellor's Department and for the information of the judiciary. The Lord Chancellor has no plans to make it more widely available or to publish the circulation list but would be ready to reconsider this if there was evidence of demand adequate to justify the expense of either operation.
