Whether they will take powers in the Food and Environment Protection Bill to specify the configuration of pesticide spray equipment according to the droplet sizes it produces and to seize and test such equipment.
§ Lord BelsteadThis Bill, as presented to Parliament, would provide Ministers with powers to regulate all aspects of spraying practice which affect the safe and efficient use of pesticides.
