Mr. Austin Mitchell

asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer what was the percentage change in unit labour costs and earnings between the latest available quarter in 1984 and the comparable quarter of (a) 1979 and (b) 1982 in the United Kingdom, West Germany, the United States of America, Japan and France.
