§ Mr. Barronasked the Secretary of State for the Environment (1) if he will place copies in the Library of the title deeds to Maltby Common as supplied to him and the counsel's opinion referred to in his answer on 22 November, Official Report, column 281;
(2) from whom he received the title deeds concerning Maltby Common, which satisfied him in 1982 on the ownership question; and who these revealed to be the alleged owner of the common.
