asked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will publish the estimated block grant receipts of each (a) non-metropolitan county, (b) metropolitan district, (c) London borough, (d) metropolitan county and (e) London precepting authority at each supplementary report stage in each year from 1981–82 to 1984–85, showing the percentage change in block grant receipt in each authority between 1981–82, original budget, and 1984–85, original budget.
