§ Mr. BrookeFor the academic year 1985–86 an estimated 160,000 families will be assessed at £1 in every 341W £5 on residual incomes of £10,300 and above, and of these an estimated 85,000 families will be assessed at £1 in every £4 on residual incomes of £15,000 and above.
