§ Mr. Tony Banksasked the Secretary of State for Transport if his proposed strategic guidance to the London boroughs in formulating their unitary development plans will include specific borough highway proposals.
§ Mrs. ChalkerBoroughs will be responsible for formulating highway proposals for their roads. If appropriate, these may be referred to in any strategic planning guidance given.
