§ Mr. Deakinsasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what arrangements have been made for the repayment by Turkey of programme aid provided from 1980 onwards.
§ Mr. RaisonThe 1980 and 1981 programme aid loans, each for £15 million provide for the repayment of capital by biannual instalments over 20 years, starting on the 29 November 1985 and 20 January 1987, respectively. Biannual repayments of accrued interest on drawings, at 6 per cent. per annum, began on the 29 November 1980 and 20 January 1982 respectively.
