§ Mr. MellorMy right hon. and learned Friend very much hopes that a way will be found shortly to give effect to the Criminal Law Revision Committee's recommendations on kerb crawling and related matters. We would be prepared to offer our full support to a private Member who wished to introduce such a measure.
