§ Mr. NewtonSome of the services of artificial limb and appliance centres are currently provided by private contractors. We have no plans to introduce changes in these services; but, when it has reported, we shall of course consider any proposals which may be made by the working party whose terms of reference and membership I announced in reply to my hon. Friend the Member for Hornsey and Wood Green (Sir H. Rossi) on 10 April at c.209.
