(2) whether United States-controlled companies will be permitted to participate in projects under the Alvey programme as the sole non-academic participant.
§ Mr. PattieWe expect there to be at least two companies in an industrial Alvey project, although this rule is not applied rigidly. A foreign controlled company must have a United Kingdom industrial collaborator.
