§ Mr. Peter MorrisonThe Manpower Services Commission, which is answerable to Ministers of this Department, is advised on the operation of the technical and vocational education initiative by a national steering group. The membership of the group includes educational interests and representatives from local authority associations and industry and commerce. It last met on 19 November.
